目的 剖析数字医疗时代下老年陪诊服务的前景与挑战，为构建我国规范化老年陪诊服务体系提供依据。方法 运用态势分析法（strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,threats，SWOT），对我国老年陪诊服务的优势、劣势、机遇与威胁展开分析。结果 老年陪诊服务的优势主要体现为优化就诊流程，减轻家庭陪诊负担，帮助老年人获取数字医疗资源；劣势体现为支付及保障机制尚不完善，从业人员专业性有所欠缺，服务供给同质化且资源配置失衡；机遇源于陪诊需求激增，智慧陪诊技术革新及国家政策支持；威胁则在于服务信任度不足，行业相关法律法规与从业人员社会保障体系尚未健全。结论 在数字医疗时代，我国老年陪诊服务兼具优势与劣势，需进一步完善法律法规、创新服务模式、健全资金体系、培养专业人才，方可推动老年陪诊服务可持续发展。

Objective To study the prospects and challenges of geriatric medical companion services in the era of digital healthcare,and to provide a reference for the construction of a standardized geriatric medical companion services system in China.Methods SWOT analysis was used to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats of geriatric medical companion services in China.Results The strengths of geriatric medical companion services were optimizing the medical treatment process,reducing the burden of family companionship,and helping the elderly obtain digital medical resources.The weaknesses included imperfect payment and guarantee mechanisms,lack of professionalism of practitioners,homogeneity of service supply,and imbalance of resource allocation.Opportunities stemed from the surge in demand for companion services,the innovation of smart companion technologies,and national policy support.Threats lied in insufficient service trust,and the industry’s relevant laws,regulations,and social security systems for practitioners had not yet been perfected.Conclusions In the era of digital healthcare,China’s geriatric medical companion services have both strengths and weaknesses.It is necessary to further improve laws and regulations,innovate service models,improve the funding system,and cultivate professional talents to promote the sustainable development of geriatric medical companion services.
