目的 构建基于社会认知理论的社区丧偶老人线上+线下混合式社会参与方案，为社区照护实践与政策制订提供参考。方法 以社会认知理论为指导，通过文献研究和质性研究，拟订社区丧偶老人线上+线下混合式社会参与方案初稿，根据德尔菲专家函询结果，修订干预方案。结果 2轮专家函询后，18名专家意见趋于一致，专家的权威系数为0.911，肯德尔和谐系数为0.187（P＜0.05），条目变异系数均值范围为0.100~0.124。干预方案包含目标人群、参与活动形式和地点、活动组织和实施者、活动内容、评价时间和结局指标。结论 本研究构建的方案具有科学性，后续可在社区丧偶老人社会参与中验证其有效性。

Objective To construct an online-offline hybrid social participation program for community-dwelling widowed elderly based on social cognitive theory,so as to provide references for community care practice and policy formulation.Methods Guided by social cognitive theory, a preliminary draft of the online-offline hybrid social participation program for community-dwelling widowed elderly was developed through literature review and qualitative research,and the intervention program was revised based on the results of Delphi expert consultation.Results After 2 rounds of expert consultation,opinions from 18 experts tended to be consistent.The expert authority coefficient was 0.911,the Kendall’s concordance coefficient was 0.187 (P＜0.05),and the mean range of item coefficient of variation was 0.100-0.124.The intervention program included target population,forms and venues of participation activities,activity organizers and implementers,activity content,evaluation time and outcome indicators.Conclusions The program constructed is scientific,and its effectiveness can be verified later in the social participation of community-dwelling widowed elderly.
