目的 系统整合我国宫颈癌患者性健康的实际状况，为制订改善患者性健康的干预措施提供参考。方法 检索中国知网、PubMed等国内外数据库中宫颈癌患者性健康相关的质性研究，检索时限为建库至2024年12月31日，采用Meta整合方法分析结果。结果 共纳入16篇文献，提取24个结果，归纳为9个类别，汇总成4个整合结果，即性-生理健康受损、性-心理健康失衡、性-夫妻关系与沟通变化、性-文化与社会支持受限。结论 宫颈癌患者的性健康呈现出生理-心理-关系-社会多维度相互交织的特点，医护人员需针对患者的多层面需求，实施多元化综合措施，以提升患者的性健康水平与生活质量。

Objective To systematically synthesize the actual sexual health status of cervical cancer patients in China,and to provide a reference for formulating interventions to improve patients’ sexual health.Methods Qualitative studies on sexual health of cervical cancer patients were retrieved from Chinese and foreign databases such as CNKI and PubMed,with the retrieval time limit from the inception to December 31,2024.The Meta-synthesis method was used to analyze the results.Results A total of 16 articles were included,and 24 results were extracted,which were summarized into 9 categories and further integrated into 4 synthesized findings:impaired sexual-physical health,unbalanced sexual-mental health,changes in sexual-marital relationship and communication,and restricted sexual-cultural and social support.Conclusions The sexual health of cervical cancer patients is characterized by the interweaving of physical,psychological,relational,and social dimensions.Medical staff need to implement diversified and comprehensive measures according to the multi-level needs of patients to improve their sexual health level and quality of life.
