目的 基于旅程地图识别消化道肿瘤患者创伤后成长各阶段的心理变化及支持需求，为制订针对性的干预策略提供依据。方法 采用目的抽样法，选取2025年3-5月在江苏省某三级甲等医院复诊的15例消化道肿瘤患者开展半结构式访谈，运用传统内容分析法提炼主题。结果 以患者成长时间轴为脉络，从任务、情绪和痛点3个维度，将消化道肿瘤患者的创伤后成长体验归纳为28项主题，其中成长前阶段6条、成长启动阶段7条、成长发展阶段8条、成长整合阶段7条。结论 消化道肿瘤患者的创伤后成长历程具有阶段性特征。未来临床护理工作可结合患者不同成长阶段的特征，提供针对性的心理护理。

Objective To identify the psychological changes and support needs of patients with gastrointestinal cancer at various stages of post-traumatic growth (PTG) based on a journey map, and to provide a basis for formulating targeted intervention strategies.Methods The purposive sampling method was used to recruit 15 patients with gastrointestinal cancer who were undergoing follow-up at a tertiary A hospital in Jiangsu Province between March and May 2025.Semi-structured interviews were conducted,and traditional content analysis was used to extract themes.Results Based on the timeline of patient growth,the PTG experiences of patients with gastrointestinal cancer were categorized into 28 themes across 3 dimensions:tasks,emotions,and pain points，which were further divided into 4 phases，namely Pre-growth with 6 themes,Growth Initiation with 7 themes,Growth Development with 8 themes,and Growth Integration with 7 themes.Conclusions The PTG journey of patients with gastrointestinal cancer exhibits distinct stage-specific characteristics.Future clinical nursing should provide targeted psychological care tailored to the characteristics of patients at different growth stages.
