目的 探究遭受工作场所暴力(workplace violence,WPV)的急诊护士抗逆力的发展体验,为制订针对性干预策略提供依据。方法 采用现象学研究方法,通过目的抽样法于2025年4-5月选取上海市某三级甲等医院11名曾经历WPV的急诊护士进行半结构化访谈,运用Colaizzi 7步分析法对访谈资料进行整理分析。结果 遭受WPV急诊护士抗逆力发展体验呈现3大特征:负性情绪体验、主动修复与适配应对、身心成长与专业赋能。结论 遭受WPV后,急诊护士抗逆力发展具有鲜明的动态演进特征,社会支持与自我调节能力的动态交互是抗逆力发展的核心协同机制,为临床制订干预策略提供了参考。

[Abstract]
Objective To explore the resilience development experiences of emergency nurses who have experienced workplace violence (WPV),and to provide a basis for formulating targeted intervention strategies.Methods A phenomenological approach was adopted.From April to May 2025, the purposive sampling method was used to select 11 emergency nurses who had experienced WPV from a tertiary A hospital in Shanghai for semi-structured interviews.The Colaizzi’s 7-step analysis method was used to organize and analyze the interview data.Results The resilience development experiences of emergency nurses exhibited 3 main characteristics:negative emotional experiences,active repair and adaptive coping,and physical-mental growth and professional empowerment.Conclusions The resilience development of emergency nurses after experiencing WPV demonstrates distinct dynamic evolutionary characteristics.The dynamic interaction between social support and self-regulation abilities serves as the core synergistic mechanism of resilience development,providing a reference for clinical nurses to formulate stratified and categorized intervention strategies.
