目的 检索、评价和总结帕金森病患者吞咽障碍管理的最佳证据，为临床实践提供依据。方法 系统检索国内外各指南网站、综合数据库以及专业协会中关于帕金森病患者吞咽障碍管理的相关证据，检索时限为建库至2025年12月。结果 共纳入17篇文献，包括指南及临床决策各2篇、专家共识7篇、系统评价6篇，从筛查评估措施、吞咽功能训练、营养支持、教育培训4个方面汇总，形成28条证据。结论 总结的帕金森病患者吞咽障碍管理相关证据具有实用和科学性，对提升帕金森病患者吞咽障碍管理的系统性与有效性、改善患者结局具有指导意义。

ObjectiveTo retrieve,evaluate and synthesized the best evidence on managing dysphagia in patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD) so as to provide evidence for clinical practice.Methods A systematic search of major international guideline repositories,comprehensive databases and professional association websites was conducted for evidence with a timeframe from the inception to December 2025.ResultsA total of 17 literature was included with 2 guidelines/clinical decision tools,7 expert consensuses and 6 systematic reviews.A total of 28 evidence statements were synthesized and grouped into 4 domains,namely screening and assessment,swallowing training,nutritional support,as well as education and training. ConclusionsThe synthesized evidence is both practical and scientifical,and can guide clinicians to improve the systematic and effective management of PD-related dysphagia and optimize patient outcomes.
