[摘要]
目的 设计制作基于3D打印技术的成人鼻肠管盲置护理教具,并探讨其应用效果。方法 2023年7月至2024年9月,选取某中华护理学会营养支持专科护士培训基地的两期学员为研究对象,按时间先后将其分为对照组( n =15)和观察组( n =16)。对照组学员采用传统教学,观察组学员使用成人鼻肠管盲置护理教具。比较两组学员置管成功率及教学满意度。结果 对照组及观察组学员鼻肠管盲置成功率分别为33.3%、81.25%,差异有统计学意义( P <0.01);观察组学员教学满意度(91.95±11.07)分,高于对照组[(82.63±9.45)分],差异有统计学意义( t=2.631,P <0.05)。 结论 成人鼻肠管盲置护理教具可以有效解决教学难题,提高置管成功率和教学满意度,具有一定的实用性。

[Abstract]
Objective To design and fabricate a nursing teaching model for the blind placement of adult nasointestinal tubes based on 3D printing technology and to explore its application effects.Methods From July 2023 to September 2024,two groups of students from a Clinical Nurse Specialist Training Base in Nutrition Support accredited by the Chinese Nursing Association were selected as subjects.They were divided into a control group ( n =15) and an observation group ( n =16) according to the time sequence of their training.The control group received traditional teaching methods,while the observation group used the 3D-printed teaching model for the blind placement of adult nasointestinal.The success rate of intubation and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The success rates of blind nasointestinal tube placement were 33.3% in the control group and 81.25% in the observation group,showing a statistically significant difference ( P <0.01).The teaching satisfaction score in the observation group was (91.95±11.07),which was significantly higher than that in the control group [(82.63±9.45), t=2.631,P <0.05]. Conclusions The 3D-printed teaching model effectively addresses key challenges in nursing education,improves the success rate of intubation,and enhances teaching satisfaction,demonstrating significant practical value.
