目的 探讨数字故事在护理教育领域应用的研究近况,为开展相关研究提供参考。 方法 基于范围综述方法学框架,检索Pubmed、Web of Science等13个中英文数据库,检索时限均为各库建库至2025年6月30日。 结果 共纳入32篇文献。数字故事主要应用于护生、新入职及在职护士,覆盖理论教学、临床实践与继续教育等场景,可提升护生知识掌握、临床思维、共情能力及学习满意度,但存在研究设计局限、制作技能要求高、缺乏针对性评估工具等挑战。 结论 数字故事在护理教育领域潜力显著,未来需加强高质量实证研究、数字故事培训、伦理审查清单制定、评价工具开发与跨院校共享平台建设。

[Abstract]
Objective To explore the recent research status of digital storytelling (DST) in nursing education and provide references for future research. Methods Based on the methodological framework of scoping review, 13 Chinese and English databases, including PubMed and Web of Science, were searched. The search timeframe covered from the inception to June 30, 2025. Results A total of 32 articles were included. DST was primarily applied to nursing students, newly recruited nurses, and in-service nurses, covering scenarios such as theoretical teaching, clinical practice, and continuing education.DST was found to improve nursing students’ knowledge acquisition, clinical thinking, empathy, and learning satisfaction. However, there were still challenges including limitations in research design, high production requirements, and a lack of targeted assessment tools.Conclusions DST shows significant potential in nursing education. Future efforts should focus on strengthening high-quality empirical research, digital narrative training, the formulation of ethical review checklists, the development of DST evaluation tools, and the establishment of cross-institutional sharing mechanisms.
