目的 系统评价注意缺陷多动障碍（attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD）患儿父母的照护体验。方法 检索PubMed、Embase、PsycINFO、CINAHL、The Cochrane Library、Scopus、Web of Science、乔安娜布里格斯研究所（Joanna Briggs Institute，JBI）循证卫生保健中心数据库、Ovid、ProQuest、SinoMed、中国知网、万方、维普等中英文数据库中关于ADHD患儿父母照护体验的质性研究，检索时限为从建库至2025年6月21日，采用Meta整合方法分析结果。结果 共纳入17项研究，提取31个结果，归纳为10个类别，汇总成3个整合结果：照护压力与挑战、适应性调适与成长、未满足的多层次支持需求。结论 护士应关注ADHD患儿父母的照护体验与核心困境，及时提供干预与支持，以缓解其多维压力、促进其适应性成长。

Objective To systematically review the caregiving experience of parents of children with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).Methods Qualitative studies on the caregiving experience of parents of children with ADHD were retrieved from Chinese and English databases,including PubMed,Embase,PsycINFO,CINAHL,The Cochrane Library,Scopus,Web of Science,the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Evidence-Based Health Care Center Database,Ovid,ProQuest,SinoMed,CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP,from database inception to June 21,2025.The results were analyzed using the meta-synthesis method.Results A total of 17 studies were included,from which 31 findings were extracted and categorized into 10 categories,which were further synthesized into 3 integrated findings：caregiving stress and challenges,adaptive adjustment and growth,and unmet multilevel support needs.Conclusions Nurses should focus on the caregiving experience and core challenges of parents of children with ADHD,and provide timely intervention and support to alleviate their multidimensional stress and promote their adaptive growth.
