目的 分析并阐明癌症患儿社会参与的概念内涵.方法 系统检索 CINAHL、PubMed、WebofScience、Embase、 Scopus、PsycINFO、知网、万方等数据库中关于癌症患儿社会参与的相关文献,采用 Walker和 Avant的概念分析法对纳入文献进行分析.结果共纳入58篇文献.癌症患儿社会参与的定义属性为日常活动参与、学业参与、社交连结和疾病管理参与;前置因素为个人因素、家庭因素和社会因素;社会参与不良的后果为负性心理问题加重、生活质量和社会功能下降等.目前尚缺乏成熟且广泛应用的癌症患儿社会参与测量工具.结论 通过概念分析明确了癌症患儿社会参与的概念属性,为评估癌症患儿的社会参与提供了参考.未来研究者可结合社会参与的概念内涵,开发癌症患儿社会参与评估工具,制订针对性的干预措施,为提升癌症患儿的社会功能提供参考.

Objective To analyze and clarify the conceptual connotation of social participation in children with cancer.Methods A systematic search was conducted in CINAHL,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,Scopus,PsycINFO,CNKI,and Wanfang databases for literature related to social participation in children with cancer.The concept analysis method developed by Walker and Avant was used to analyze the included literature.Results A total of 58 articles were included.The defining attributes of social participation for children with cancer were identified as daily activity participation,school/academic participation,social connectedness,and illness management participation.Antecedents included personal factors,family factors,and social factors.Negative consequences of poor social participation included worsening psychological problems,and decreased quality of life and social function.Currently,there is a lack of mature and widely applied measurement tools for social participation in this population.Conclusions The concept analysis clarifies the defining attributes of social participation in children with cancer,providing reference for its assessment.Future researchers can develop assessment tools and formulate targeted intervention based on the conceptual connotation of social participation to offer guidance for improving the social function of children with cancer.
