目的 编写《安宁疗护人文关怀服务指南》（以下简称《指南》），探索适合中国国情的安宁疗护人文关怀服务模式。方法 成立《指南》编制小组，通过系统文献检索，结合安宁疗护人文关怀实践经验和2轮内部专家小组会议形成《指南》初稿；经过2轮专家咨询、2轮专家论证最终形成《指南》终稿。结果 《指南》包括安宁疗护人文关怀基本要求、人文关怀环境与设施、服务流程和内容、质量评价、保障体系等要素。结论 《指南》具有较强的科学性及实用性，可为各级医疗机构、养老机构及社区、居家安宁疗护的人文关怀实践提供指引，推动我国安宁疗护服务的人性化、专业化和规范化发展。

Objective To develop the “Guidelines for Humanistic Care Services in Hospice Care” (abbr.the “Guidelines”) and explore a humanistic care service model in hospice care suitable for China’s national context.Methods A development team of the “Guidelines” was established.Based on a systematic literature search and combined with practical experience in humanistic care within hospice care,an initial draft was formulated through 2 rounds of internal expert panel meetings.The final version of the “Guidelines” was developed after 2 rounds of expert consultation and 2 rounds of expert review.Results The “Guidelines” encompass key elements such as the basic requirements for humanistic care in hospice care,the environment and facilities for humanistic care,service processes and content,quality evaluation,and a support system.Conclusions The “Guidelines” demonstrate strong scientific validity and practicality,and can provide guidance for humanistic care practices in hospice care across medical institutions at all levels,elderly care facilities,and community-and home-based settings,thereby promoting the humanistic,professional,and standardized development of hospice care services in China.
