This article systematically elaborates on the 7-phase evidence implementation process model developed by the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Evidence-Based Healthcare Center in Australia.The application of the model in nursing is analyzed,with a focus on its use in clinical nursing,nurse education and training,and hospital management.The model assists healthcare professionals and organizations in addressing the complexities of evidence implementation,supporting them in both “planning” and “execution” of translating evidence into practice.Researchers should avoid confusion and misuse between the JBI 7-phase evidence implementation process model and the JBI Evidence-Based Healthcare Model.
