目的 构建俯卧位机械通气患者气道管理质量评价指标体系。方法 以“结构-过程-结果”三维质量结构模型为理论框架，基于文献回顾和半结构式访谈形成指标体系初稿，通过专家函询和层次分析确定指标体系的内容与权重，并进行信效度检验。结果 构建了包括3项一级指标（结构指标、过程指标、结果指标）、10项二级指标和47项三级指标的俯卧位机械通气患者气道管理质量评价指标体系。2轮函询专家的积极系数为86.67%和96.15%，权威系数为0.94和0.92，肯德尔和谐系数为0.211和0.245（均P＜0.001）。指标体系的Cronbach’s α系数和折半信度系数均＞0.7，内容效度指数均＞0.8，探索性因子分析提取的3个公因子方差累计贡献率为73.905%。结论 构建的指标体系为规范评价俯卧位机械通气患者气道管理质量提供了科学的参考依据。

Objective To construct a quality evaluation index system for airway management in patients undergoing prone position mechanical ventilation.Methods With the Structure-Process-Outcome（SPO） model as the theoretical framework,the first draft of the index system was formed based on literature review and semi-structured interviews.The content and weight of the index system were determined through expert consultation and analytic hierarchy process (AHP),and reliability and validity tests were conducted.Results The evaluation was constructed,including 3 first-level indicators (structural indicators,process indicators,outcome indicators),10 second-level indicators,and 47 third-level indicators.The positive coefficients of experts in the 2 rounds of consultation were 86.67% and 96.15%,the authority coefficients were 0.94 and 0.92,and the Kendall’s concordance coefficients were 0.211 and 0.245 (all P＜0.001).The Cronbach’s α coefficient and split-half reliability coefficient of the index system were both higher than 0.7,the content validity index (CVI) was higher than 0.8,and the cumulative variance contribution rate of 3 common factors extracted by exploratory factor analysis was 73.905%.Conclusions The constructed index system provides scientific reference for standardized evaluation of the quality of airway management in patients undergoing prone position mechanical ventilation.
