目的 探索老年脑卒中患者数智健康管理融入障碍的影响因素及应对方式，为促进其数智健康管理提供新思路。方法 2025年2-6月,目的抽样法选取上海市某三级甲等综合医院的22例老年脑卒中患者，采用半结构式深度访谈，以刺激-机体-反应（stimulus-organism-response,S-O-R）理论模型构建访谈提纲，以Colaizzi 7步分析法对访谈资料进行整理。结果 共提炼出3个主题（安全效益因素刺激与反应、信息技术因素刺激与反应、社会环境因素刺激与反应）和11个亚主题。结论 老年脑卒中患者在数智健康管理的融入过程中受外界多重因素影响，建议构建涵盖医院、家庭、社区在内的多元协同数字支持网络，通过优化使用体验、提升管理能力，推动该群体数智健康管理融入进程。

Objective To explore the influencing factors and coping strategies for the integration barriers of digital-intelligent health management among elderly stroke patients,and to provide new insights for the promotion of this field.Methods From February to June 2025,22 elderly stroke patients were selected by purposive sampling from a tertiary A general hospital in Shanghai.Semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted,guided by the stimulus-organism-response (S-O-R) theoretical model.The interview data were analyzed using Colaizzi’s 7-step analysis method.Results Three themes (stimuli and responses related to safety-benefit factors,stimuli and responses related to information technology factors,stimuli and responses related to social-environmental factors) and 11 subthemes were extracted.Conclusions The integration of digital-intelligent health management for elderly stroke patients is influenced by multiple external factors.It is recommended to construct a multi-dimensional collaborative digital support network involving hospitals,families,and communities.By optimizing the user experience and enhancing management capabilities,the integration process of digital-intelligent health management for this population can be promoted.
