目的 探索妇科恶性肿瘤患者性健康体验，为临床开展相关护理提供依据。 方法 采用目的抽样法，于2024年4-8月选取在武汉市某三级甲等医院复查的15名妇科恶性肿瘤患者进行半结构式访谈，采用Colaizzi 7步法归纳访谈资料。 结果 提炼出4个主题及10个亚主题：性生理健康（性交困难、阴道与外阴不适、性反应周期异常）；自我认同障碍（身体形象受损、性自信缺失）；亲密关系困境（情感疏离、沟通不畅）；社会文化支持（认知支持、态度支持、共情支持）。 结论 妇科恶性肿瘤患者的性健康体验具有多维性，医务人员应动态评估其性健康需求，提升性健康认知，营造积极的性健康态度，并开展康复指导和心理支持，以提升该人群的生活质量。

Objective To explore the sexual health experience of patients with gynecologic malignancies and to provide evidence for clinical nursing practice.Methods A total of 15 patients with gynecological malignancies who were re-examined in a tertiary A hospital in Wuhan from April to August 2024 were selected for semi-structured interviews by purposing sampling method.The data were summarized using the Colaizzi 7-step method.Results Four themes with ten subthemes were identified:sexual physiological health (dyspareunia,vaginal and vulvar discomfort,abnormal sexual response cycle);self-identity disorder (impaired body image,loss of sexual confidence);intimate relationship dilemmas (emotional alienation,poor communication);and sociocultural support (cognitive,attitudinal,and empathetic support).Conclusions The sexual health experience of patients with gynecologic malignancies are multidimensional.Healthcare providers should assess these needs,promote sexual health awareness,cultivate positive attitudes,and offer rehabilitation and psychological support to improve quality of life.
