目的 分析近5年我国护理核心期刊中范围综述类文献的报告质量，以提升此类研究的规范性。 方法 检索国内相关数据库，纳入14本护理核心期刊中已发表的范围综述类文献，检索时限为2020年1月1日至2025年4月15日。由2名研究者根据纳排标准独立筛选文献并提取数据，采用系统评价和荟萃分析优先报告条目-范围综述扩展版（preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and Meta-analyses extension for scoping reviews，PRISMA-ScR）清单对报告质量进行评价。 结果 共纳入394篇文献，评价结果显示，方案注册率仅为1.0%，30.2%的文献未提及任何方法学框架，且PRISMA-ScR规范遵循率仅为7.1%。完整检索流程执行率与灰色文献检索率分别低至1.0%和5.1%。 结论 我国护理领域范围综述发文量显著增长，但方案注册、方法学应用与文献检索等关键环节的报告质量欠佳，影响其证据价值，规范性与透明度亟待提升。

Objective To analyze the reporting quality of scoping review articles published in Chinese core nursing journals over the past five years,so as to improve the standardization of such research.Methods Domestic relevant databases were searched to include scoping review articles published in 14 core nursing journals,with the search period from January 1,2020,to April 15,2025.Two researchers independently screened the literature and extracted data according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The reporting quality was evaluated using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses Extension for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA-ScR) checklist.Results A total of 394 articles were included.The evaluation results showed that the protocol registration rate was only 1.0%,30.2% of the articles did not mention any methodological framework,and the compliance rate with PRISMA-ScR guidelines was merely 7.1%.The implementation rate of complete search strategies and the retrieval rate of gray literature were as low as 1.0% and 5.1%,respectively. Conclusions The number of scoping reviews in the field of nursing in China has increased significantly.However,the reporting quality of key aspects such as protocol registration,methodological application,and literature retrieval is poor,which affects their evidential value.There is an urgent need to improve their standardization and transparency.
