目的 探索海上医疗救援手术队护士的核心能力特征要素，为人才选拔提供参考依据。 方法 2024年11月至2025年1月，采用目的抽样与滚雪球抽样相结合的方法，对参与过海上医疗救援的相关人员进行半结构访谈，运用Colaizzi 7步分析法对资料进行分析并提炼主题。 结果 共提炼出4个核心主题：海域环境手术救护相关知识、海域动态环境手术处置技能、协同管理反思能力、职业素养和个人特质，包含15个副主题。 结论 海上医疗救援手术队护士需具备多方面核心能力，应重视并加强培养，以适应海上护理保障事业发展需求。

Objective To explore the core competence characteristics of nurses in marine medical rescue surgical teams and to provide reference for personnel selection.Methods From November 2024 to January 2025,both the purposive sampling method and the snowball sampling method were used to conduct semi-structured,in-depth interviews with personnel who had participated in maritime medical rescue missions.Data were analyzed using Colaizzi’s seven-step method to extract themes.Results A total of 4 core themes with 15 subthemes were identified,including knowledge of maritime emergency surgical care,skills in surgical management under maritime dynamic environments,coordination and reflective management competence,professional qualities and personal traits.Conclusions Nurses in maritime medical rescue surgical teams should possess multiple core competencies.It is essential to strengthen the cultivation of these core competencies to meet the needs of maritime nursing support.
