目的 了解寒区作业人员冷损伤防治健康教育的认知及需求，为优化健康教育、促进防治行为改变提供依据。 方法 2025年1-3月，采用最大差异策略选取19名寒区作业人员进行半结构访谈，运用内容分析法处理数据。 结果 提炼出认知情况和需求情况2个主题，共包含7个亚主题。 结论 需建立系统化培养体系、加强急救技能培训、完善支持保障系统，以提升作业人员认知水平和防治能力。

Objective To explore the cognition and needs of health education on prevention and treatment of cold injury among cold region personal,so as to provide a basis for optimizing health education and promoting behavior change.Methods From January to March 2025,19 cold region personal were selected for semi-structured interview using the maximum difference strategy,and the data were processed by content analysis.Results A total of 2 themes,namely cognition and needs,with 7 sub-themes were extracted.Conclusions It is necessary to establish a systematic training system,strengthen the training of first aid skills,and improve the support system to improve the cognitive level and prevention ability of the cold region personal.
