目的 总结系统性硬化症患者指端溃疡护理最佳证据，为临床实践提供参考。方法 检索国内外指南网、专业协会网站及数据库，搜集与系统性硬化症患者指端溃疡护理相关文献，包括指南、临床决策、专家共识、证据总结和系统评价，检索时限为各数据库建库至2024年12月。循证小组成员独立进行文献筛选、质量评价、提取和整合证据。结果 共纳入17篇文献，其中指南6篇、系统评价8篇和专家共识3篇，从护理原则、评估、局部清洗清创、局部促愈措施、自我管理、康复运动等6个方面总结了28条最佳证据。结论 总结的系统性硬化症患者指端溃疡护理最佳证据可为临床转化提供循证依据，建议实践者结合临床情境审慎使用。

Objective To summarize the best evidence for the care of digital ulcers (DU) in patients with systemic sclerosis (SSc) and to provide a reference for clinical practice.Methods Domestic and foreign guideline websites,professional association websites and databases were searched to collect relevant literature on the care of DU in patients with SSc,including guidelines,clinical decisions,expert consensuses,evidence summaries and systematic reviews.The search period was from the inception to December 2024.The members of the evidence-based group independently conducted literature screening,quality evaluation,extraction and integration of evidence.Results A total of 17 studies were included,including 6 guidelines,8 systematic reviews,and 3 expert consensus.A total of 6 themes with 28 best evidence were summarized on nursing principles,assessment,local cleansing and debridement,local wound healing measures,self-management,and rehabilitation exercises.Conclusions The best evidence summarized for the care of DU in patients with SSc,can provide evidence-based support for clinical transformation.It is recommended that practitioners use it prudently in combination with clinical situations.
