[摘要]
目的 分析国内外社区居民安宁疗护教育干预性研究,为构建社区安宁疗护教育体系提供参考。方法 遵循范围综述方法学,明确研究问题,检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase等国内外数据库中关于社区居民安宁疗护教育的干预性研究,检索时限为各数据库建库至2024年6月25日;提取分析目标人群、实施人员、教育内容和形式等,并提出实践建议。结果 共纳入18篇文献,干预对象包括社区普通居民、居家终末期患者及其照护者、社区移民与社会工作者等;干预人员以多学科团队为主,部分由护士独立实施;内容涵盖安宁疗护基础知识、症状管理、沟通、死亡教育与哀伤辅导等;形式包括讲授、多媒体、故事分享、角色扮演等。结论 现有研究的内容与形式具有一定的针对性与文化适应性,建议结合我国老龄化趋势和文化背景,构建多元化、文化适配的社区安宁疗护教育体系。

[Abstract]
Objective To analyze the domestic and international studies on community educational interventions on palliative care,and to provide references for constructing a community hospice care education system.Methods The research questions were clarified following the methodology of systematic review.Domestic and foreign databases such as CBM,CNKI,Wanfang,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,etc.were searched for community educational interventions on palliative care,with the search time from inception to June 25,2024.The target population,implementers,educational content and forms were extracted and analyzed.Pactical suggestions were proposed.Results A total of 18 studies were included.The intervention subjects included general residents,home-based terminal patients,caregivers,immigrants,and community managers.Interventions were mainly led by multidisciplinary teams or some were implemented independently by nurses,covering basic palliative care,symptom management,communication,death education,and grief support.Delivery formats included lectures,multimedia,storytelling,role-play,and demonstrations.Conclusions The content and form of the existing studies are targeted and culturally adapted.It is recommended to build a diversified and culturally-appropriate community palliative care education system in line with China’s aging trend and cultural background.
