目的 系统整合慢性疼痛患者参与虚拟现实（virtual reality,VR）应用的体验，为临床开展VR技术实践提供借鉴。方法 检索PubMed、Web of Science、Scopus、Embase、Cochrane Library、PsycINFO、CINAHL、SinoMed、中国知网、万方、维普等数据库中关于慢性疼痛患者参与VR应用的质性研究，检索时限为建库至2025年5月。运用汇集性整合归纳结果。结果 共纳入13篇文献，提炼出26个研究结果，归纳为8个类别，汇集为3个整合结果：感知益处、感知障碍、期望和需求。结论 VR技术在多数慢性疼痛患者中展现出积极效果，但其临床应用仍面临多重挑战;未来应完善慢性疼痛VR治疗支持系统，以提升患者参与度并推动VR技术的推广与优化。

Objective To systematically integrate the experiences of chronic pain patients participating in virtual reality (VR) applications,providing reference for clinical VR practice.Methods Qualitative studies on chronic pain patients’ VR experiences were retrieved from PubMed,Web of Science,Scopus,Embase,Cochrane Library,PsycINFO,CINAHL,SinoMed,CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP databases from inception to May 2025.Meta-aggregation was used to synthesize the results.Results Thirteen studies were included,yielding 26 findings grouped into 8 categories and synthesized into 3 integrated results:perceived benefits,perceived barriers,and expectations and needs.Conclusions VR technology demonstrates positive effects in most chronic pain patients,but clinical application still faces multiple challenges.Future efforts should improve VR therapy support systems for chronic pain to enhance patient engagement and promote VR technology adoption and optimization.
