目的 系统评价糖尿病患者低血糖意识受损（impaired awareness of hypoglycemia,IAH）的疾病体验与应对策略。方法 检索PubMed、CINAHL、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane Library、Scoups、知网、万方及维普等数据库中收录的关于糖尿病患者IAH体验与应对的质性研究，检索时限为建库至2025年2月15日。采用Meta整合方法分析结果。结果 共纳入7篇文献，归纳为6个类别，提炼出25个研究结果，综合为3个整合结果：低血糖感知能力下降；对患者的负面影响；疾病态度与应对方式。结论 IAH给糖尿病患者的生活造成多方面的挑战，医护人员应重点关注患者IAH经历及应对方式，重视源于患者经验总结的应对策略，设计、开发可行的IAH的干预性支持项目。

Objective To systematically evaluate the illness experiences and coping strategies of diabetic patients with impaired awareness of hypoglycemia (IAH).Methods PubMed,CINAHL,Web of Science,Embase,Cochrane Library,Scopus,CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP databases were searched to screen qualitative studies on IAH experiences and coping strategies in diabetic patients from inception to February 15,2025.Meta-synthesis methods were used to analyze the results.Results Seven studies were included,yielding 25 findings grouped into 6 categories and synthesized into 3 integrated results,namely diminished hypoglycemia perception capacity,negative impacts on patients,and illness attitudes and coping strategies.Conclusions IAH presents multifaceted challenges for diabetic patients.Healthcare providers should focus on patients’ IAH experiences and coping methods,value patient-derived strategies,and develop feasible intervention programs.
