目的 分析并阐明文化响应式护理的概念内涵。方法 检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献服务系统、PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、CINAHL数据库中文化响应式护理的相关文献，应用 Walker & Avant概念分析法对纳入文献进行分析。结果 共纳入31篇文献，确定文化响应式护理的概念属性为文化敏感性、文化需求的即时响应、批判性的自我省察；前因包括实践者因素、医院管理因素及工作环境因素；结果包括缓和护患矛盾、优化患者情绪、改善患者健康结局。结论 文化响应式护理是护理人员践行人文关怀的重要方式，未来研究可结合其概念内涵开展更为全面、深入的探索。

Objective To analyze and clarify the conceptual connotation of culturally responsive care.Methods Relevant literature on culturally responsive care were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,China Biomedical Literature Service System,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase and CINAHL.The Walker & Avant concept analysis method was employed to analyze the included literature.Result A total of 31 articles were included.The defining attributes of culturally responsive care were identified as cultural sensitivity,immediate response to cultural demands,critical self-reflection.Antecedents included practitioner factors,hospital management factors,and work environment factors.Consequences included de-escalation of nurse-patient conflict,optimization of patient mood and improvement of patient health outcomes.Conclusions Culturally responsive care is an important way for nursing staff to practice humanistic care.Future research can combine its conceptual connotation to conduct more comprehensive and in-depth exploration.
