目的 调查并分析临床护士死亡反思的现状及其影响因素，为促进护士内在成长和职业发展提供依据。方法 2023年9-11月，采用便利抽样法选取31个省（区、市）的2882名护士为研究对象，采用一般资料调查表、死亡反思量表（death reflection scale,DRS）对其进行调查。结果 护士DRS总得分为（51.75±10.94）分，多元线性回归分析结果显示，子女数、学历、月收入、近3个月内经历过患者死亡事件及阅读生死教育相关作品是护士死亡反思的影响因素（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）。结论 临床护士死亡反思水平有待提升，护理管理者应重视护士死亡反思的培养，通过加强生死教育培训、提供反思讨论的支持性环境等措施，提升护士的死亡反思水平，推动护士的内在成长，促进护理职业发展。

Objective To investigate and analyze the current status and influencing factors of death reflection among clinical nurses,providing a basis for promoting nurses’ inner growth and professional development.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 2882 clinical nurses from 31 provinces (autonomous regions/municipalities) in China from September to November 2023.General Information Questionnaire and Death Reflection Scale (DRS) were used for investigation.Results The total score of the death reflection scale was 51.75±10.94.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the number of children,education level,monthly income,experience of patient death in the past three months,and exposure to life-and-death education materials were significant influencing factors (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).Conclusions The level of death reflection among nurses needs improvement.Nursing administrators should focus on cultivating death reflection through measures such as enhancing life-and-death education training and providing supportive environments for reflective discussions,thereby promoting nurses’ inner growth and professional development.
