目的 系统评价重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)幸存者ICU后综合征评估工具的方法学质量和测量学特性，为医护人员选择高质量的评估工具提供参考。方法 检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase、EBSCO、Web of Science、中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库中有关ICU后综合征评估工具的研究，检索时限为建库至2024年4月20日。由2名研究者独立进行文献筛选和数据提取，根据“基于共识的健康测量工具选择标准”(consensus-based standards for the selection of health measurement instruments,COSMIN)指南进行系统评价，形成最终推荐意见。结果 共纳入21项研究，涉及16个评估工具，包括特异性4个、普适性12个；其中，2个评估工具为A级推荐；1个评估工具为C级推荐，其余13个评估工具为B级推荐。结论 推荐对ICU幸存者使用健康老龄化大脑护理监测-自评版和ICU后综合征评估量表评估对ICU后综合征症状。

Objective To systematically evaluate the methodological quality and measurement properties of assessment tools for post-intensive care syndrome (PICS) in ICU survivors,and to provide reference for healthcare professionals in selecting high-quality assessment tools.Methods PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,EBSCO,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and CBM databases were searched for studies on PICS assessment tools from inception to April 20,2024.2 researchers independently screened the literature and extracted data.The evaluation was conducted according to the Consensus-based Standards for the Selection of Health Measurement Instruments (COSMIN) guideline to formulate final recommendations.Results A total of 21 studies involving 16 assessment tools were included,comprising 4 specific and 12 generic tools (2 tools as Grade A recommendations, 1 as a Grade C recommendation, and the remaining as Grade B recommendations).Conclusions The Healthy Aging Brain Care Monitor-Self Report version and the Post-Intensive Care Syndrome Assessment Scale are recommended for assessing PICS symptoms in ICU survivors.
