目的系统评价非正式照顾者应对痴呆患者精神行为症状（behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia,BPSD）体验的质性研究。方法检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、CINAHL、Web of Science、SinoMed、知网、万方和维普数据库中关于非正式照顾者应对BPSD经历的质性研究，检索时限为建库至2025年5月，采用汇集性整合方法进行Meta整合。结果共纳入13项研究，提炼出46个主题，归纳为12个新类别，最终整合成4个结果：照顾者应对BPSD时的困境；照顾者不同的BPSD应对方式；照顾者角色适应；照顾者角色成长。结论医务人员应重视非正式照顾者应对BPSD的角色价值，可提供针对性的支持方案，以帮助其实现角色成长。

Objective To systematically summarize the experience of informal caregivers in coping with behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD).Methods PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,CINAHL,Web of Science,SinoMed,CNKI,WanFang Data and VIP database were searched for qualitative studies on informal caregivers’ coping experience with BPSD from inception to May 2025.Meta-integration was used to integrate the results.Results A total of 13 literatures were involved and 46 themes were summarized into 12 new categories,and integrated into 4 results:challenges in coping with BPSD;different BPSD coping styles;caregiver role adaptation;caregiver role development.Conclusions Medical staff should value the important role of informal caregivers in managing BPSD in dementia patients,and provide targeted programmes plans to help them grow in their roles.
