目的 整合肠造口患者术后病耻感体验，为制订肠造口患者病耻感干预方案提供参考依据。方法 检索PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、中国知网、万方、维普等中英文数据库中肠造口患者病耻感体验的质性研究，检索时限为建库至2025年6月。采用汇集性Meta整合方法对结果整合分析。结果 共纳入12篇文献，提炼出28个研究结果，归纳为8个类别，合并为3个整合结果：肠造口患者病耻感来源于多方面、肠造口患者面临病耻感带来的多重困境与挑战、肠造口患者应对病耻感的方式多样化。结论 病耻感对肠造口患者的身心造成负面影响；护理人员应关注该问题，及时提供干预和支持，以减轻患者的病耻感。

Objective To systematically summarize the postoperative stigma experience of patients with enterostomy and provide a reference basis for formulating the stigma intervention strategies for patients with enterostomy.Methods The databases including PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP Database were searched to retrieve qualitative studies on the stigma experience of patients with enterostomy from the database inception to June 2025.A meta-synthesis approach was used to integrate and analyze the findings.Results A total of 12 studies were included,28 themes were extracted,and they were categorized into 8 categories,which were merged into 3 synthesis results:the stigma of patients with enterostomy originated from multiple aspects;patients with enterostomy face multiple difficulties and challenges brought by stigma;the ways of coping with stigma in patients with enterostomy are diversified.Conclusions Stigma is widespread among patients with enterostomy,exerting adverse effects on their physical and psychological aspects.Nursing staff should attach importance to the issue of stigma in patients and provide timely intervention and support to alleviate the stigma of patients with enterostomy.
