目的 整合重症监护室（intensive care unit,ICU）患者家属决策困境体验，了解其决策需求，为促进医患共同决策提供参考依据。方法 计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、CINAHL、中国知网、万方、维普等中英文数据库有关ICU患者家属决策困境的质性研究，检索时间为建库至2024年8月。运用汇集性Meta整合方法对结果进行整合。结果 最终纳入10篇文献，归纳为8个类别，形成3个整合结果：支持环境困境、艰难的决策过程和决策困境体验。结论 医护人员应加强与ICU患者家属的沟通和信息交流，给予全方位决策支持，帮助其做出最佳决策，并提供多样化心理干预，减轻决策者的负性情绪。

Objective To integrate the decision conflict experience of ICU patients’ family members,to understand their decision-making needs,so as to provide a reference basis for promoting joint decision-making between doctors and patients.Methods A computerized search of PubMed,Web of Science,CINAHL,CNKl,Wanfang,VIP for qualitative studies on the decision conflict of family members of ICU patients was conducted.The search period is from the establishment of the database to August 2024. The results were integrated using a pooled Meta-integration method.Results Eventually,10 literatures were included to form 8 categories,which were combined into 3 integrated results:supporting environmental dilemmas,difficult decision-making processes,and decision-making dilemmas experiences.Conclusions Healthcare professionals should strengthen communication and information exchange with families of ICU patients,give all-round decision support to help them make the best decisions,and provide diverse psychological interventions to reduce the negative emotions of decision makers.
