急性冠脉综合征（acute coronary syndrome,ACS）具有发病急、病情变化快、病死率高等特点，是心血管疾病的常见急症之一。急诊护理在ACS患者救治中起着至关重要的作用。本《急性冠脉综合征患者急诊护理专家共识》从ACS类型、识别和评估、急救原则、护理等方面进行全面阐述，以期为ACS患者急诊护理提供指导依据。

Acute coronary syndrome (ACS) is one of the common emergencies of cardiovascular diseases,characterized by rapid onset,rapid disease progression,and high mortality rate.Emergency nursing plays a crucial role in the treatment of ACS.The consensus elaborates comprehensively on types,identification and assessment,principles of first-aid and nursing strategies of the illness to provide guidance for emergency nursing of the patients.
