目的 系统评价肺栓塞患者的疾病体验，为优化肺栓塞管理提供参考和建议。 方法 计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、The Cochrane Library、PsycINFO、CINAHL、中国生物医学文献服务系统、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库中关于肺栓塞患者疾病体验的质性研究。检索时限为建库至2024年7月22日，使用汇集型整合方法整合研究结果。 结果 共纳入9篇文献，提炼出24个主题，归纳为9个类别，得出4个整合结果：肺栓塞的症状体验、肺栓塞的心理体验、肺栓塞的社会适应体验、肺栓塞的康复体验。 结论 肺栓塞患者在生理、心理等方面有着复杂的体验，可通过优化不同阶段症状管理、关注患者心理体验、构建多方支持系统和提供延续性康复指导等措施来改善肺栓塞患者的疾病体验。

Objective To systematically evaluate the experience of patients with pulmonary embolism,so as to provide references and recommendations for optimizing the management of pulmonary embolism.Methods Qualitative studies on real experience of patients with pulmonary embolism were searched in PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,The Cochrane Library,PsycINFO,CINAHL,Sinomed,CNKI,Wanfang Database,and VIP Database.The search covered from the earliest available records to 22 July 2024.The Results were integrated using a pooled integration method.Results A total of 9 articles were included.24 complete findings were grouped into 9 categories.These 9 categories were further synthesized into 4 findings: the symptomatic experience of pulmonary embolism,the psychological experience of pulmonary embolism,the social adaptation experience of pulmonary embolism,and the rehabilitation experience of pulmonary embolism.Conclusions Patients with pulmonary embolism have complex physiological and psychological experiences,and the disease experience can be improved by optimizing symptom management at different stages,paying attention to the patient’s psychology,building a multi-party support system,and providing continuous rehabilitation guidance.
