目的 基于“原络配穴”理论指导取穴，探究不同取穴方法角针干预对结直肠腺瘤术后患者肠功能恢复的影响，以促进患者术后恢复。 方法 便利抽样选取165例择期行结直肠腺瘤手术的患者，随机分为三组，每组55例。对照组接受内镜治疗术后常规护理；试验Ⅰ组在对照组的基础上，采用循经取穴角针干预；试验Ⅱ组在对照组的基础上，采用原络配穴取穴角针干预。比较三组患者术后肠功能恢复情况。 结果最终纳入160例患者，两组试验组的胃肠功能障碍发生率明显低于对照组（均 P ＜0.05）；试验Ⅱ组患者的术后胃肠功能障碍发生率低于试验Ⅰ组，但差异无统计学意义（ P ＞0.05），其肠鸣音恢复、肛门首次排气时间明显短于试验Ⅰ组（均 P ＜0.05）。 结论 角针干预可有效促进结直肠腺瘤患者内镜治疗术后肠功能恢复，且基于原络配穴法取穴角针干预效果更佳，取穴简便，适合临床推广。

Objective Based on the theory of “original and collateral meridian point pairing”,to investigate the effects of different acupuncture point selection Methods of angular acupuncture interventions on the recovery of bowel function after endoscopic treatment of colorectal adenoma,aiming to promote patients' postoperative recovery.Methods A total of 165 patients undergoing elective endoscopic treatment of colorectal adenoma were selected,and were randomly divided into three groups with 55 cases in each group.The control group received routine postoperative care after endoscopic treatment.The experimental group I received angular acupuncture intervention based on meridian point selection on the basis of the control group,and the experimental group II received angular acupuncture intervention based on the original and collateral meridian point pairing on the basis of the control group.The recovery of intestinal function in the three groups was compared.Results 160 patients were finally included,the incidence of gastrointestinal dysfunction was significantly lower in the two experimental groups than in the control group(allP ＜0.05);the incidence of postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction in the patients of the experimental II group was lower than that of the experimental Ⅰ group,but the difference was not statistically significant( P ＞0.05),and the time of bowel sounds recovery and first anal defecation was significantly shorter than that of the experimental Ⅰ group (allP ＜0.05).Conclusions Angular acupuncture can effectively promote the recovery of bowel function in colorectal adenoma patients after endoscopic treatment,and the effect of angular acupuncture based on the original collaterals and acupoints is even more effective,and it is suitable for the promotion of the clinic because of the simplicity of acupoint taking.
