目的 构建脑卒中患者夫妻疾病沟通干预方案。方法 基于家庭和婚姻系统曲线理论以及夫妻亲密关系模型，经文献检索，拟订脑卒中患者夫妻疾病沟通干预方案初稿。根据半结构访谈和德尔菲专家咨询结果，修订干预方案。结果 2轮咨询后，13名专家意见趋于一致，专家权威系数为0.875，肯德尔和谐系数为0.173（P=0.013），条目变异系数为0~0.102。干预方案包含干预地点、形式、实施者、干预对象、干预频次、评价时间、评价指标和干预内容。结论 本研究构建的干预方案具有科学性，后续可在脑卒中患者夫妻疾病沟通中验证其有效性。

Objective To construct an intervention program for disease communication between stroke patients and their spouses.Methods Based upon the circumplex model of marital and family systems and the couple intimacy model，a preliminary intervention draft was formulated through a literature review.The intervention was refined based on semi-structured interviews and Delphi expert consultations.Results After 2 rounds of consultations，the opinions of 13 experts converged，with an expert authority coefficient of 0.875 and a Kendall’s coefficient of concordance of 0.173 (P=0.013).The item’s coefficient of variation ranged from 0 to 0.102.The intervention program included the location and format of interventions,implementers,participants,frequency of interventions,evaluation times,assessment indicators,and intervention content.Conclusions The intervention program constructed in this study is scientifically sound and its effectiveness can be further validated in disease communication between stroke patients and their spouses.
