目的 对治疗依从性问卷(treatment adherence questionnaire，TAQ)[JP]进行汉化，并检验其在精神分裂症(schizophrenia，SZ)患者中的信效度及测量等值性。 方法 经正译、回译、文化调试和预调查后，形成中文版治疗依从性问卷。采用便利抽样法选取2023年8-11月黑龙江省某三级甲等精神专科医院收治的252例SZ患者正式进行调查，并检验其信效度和测量等值性。 结果 中文版TAQ包括3个维度(治疗维持、随访与治疗参与、目标与责任)共16个条目。内容效度为0.857~1.000，问卷得分与药物依从性量表呈正相关(r=0.581~0.771,均 P＜0.01)；量表的Cronbach’s α系数为0.931，分半信度为0.842。群组验证性因素分析表明，治疗依从性具有跨性别、跨年龄和跨病程的测量等值性。 结论 中文版TAQ具备良好信效度，可作为我国SZ患者治疗依从性的测量工具。

Objective To provide the Chinese version of the Treatment Adherence Questionnaire，and to assess its reliability，validity，and measurement invariance among schizophrenia patients.Methods The Chinese version of the Treatment Adherence Questionnaire was formed after translation，back-translation，cultural adaptation，and pre-survey.The convenience sampling method was used to select 252 schizophrenia patients from a tertiary A psychiatric hospital in Heilongjiang Province from August to November 2023 for formal investigation.Its reliability，validity and measurement invariance were examined.Results The Chinese version of the TAQ consisted of 16 items across 3 dimensions: treatment maintenance，follow-up and treatment participation，and goal and responsibility.The content validity index ranged from 0.857 to 1.000，and the scale scores were positively correlated with the Medication Adherence Rating Scale (r=0.581-0.771，all P＜0.01). The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of the scale was 0.931，and the split-half reliability was 0.842.Cohort confirmatory factor analysis indicated that treatment adherence had measurement invariance across gender，age，and disease duration.Conclusions The Chinese version of the Treatment Adherence Questionnaire exhibits strong reliability and validity，making it a suitable tool for assessing treatment adherence of Chinese patients with schizophrenia.
