目的 总结综合医院癌症住院患者缓和医疗（palliative care，PC）服务的证据，为临床实践提供参考。方法 系统检索国内外数据库、指南网及专业学会网中癌症住院患者缓和医疗服务的相关证据，检索时限为建库至2024年6月。由2名研究人员独立进行文献筛选及质量评价，根据主题提取并汇总证据。结果 共纳入文献16篇，其中临床决策2篇、指南6篇、专家共识3篇、证据总结1篇、系统评价4篇。围绕人员管理、服务对象、服务时间、服务模式、服务流程、服务内容、注意事项、质量评价等8个主题总结23条证据。结论 临床医护人员可基于本研究证据结合具体临床情境及医院实际情况，为癌症住院患者提供规范化、高质量的缓和医疗服务。

Objective To summarize the evidence on palliative care services for cancer inpatients in general hospitals，and to provide reference for clinical practice.Methods Literature on the management of palliative care services for cancer inpatients was systematically retrieved from international and domestic databases,guideline websites,and professional association networks.The retrieval time was from the inception to June 2024.Literature screening and quality assessment were performed independently by 2 researchers，and evidence was extracted and summarized according to themes.Results A total of 16 articles were included，including 2 clinical decisions，6 guidelines，3 expert consensus,1 evidence summary and 4 systematic reviews.A total of 23 pieces of evidence were summarized on 8 topics: personnel management，service recipient，service hours，service mode，service process，service content，note and quality evaluation.Conclusions Clinical medical staff can adhere to the evidence summarized in this study and deliver standardized and high-quality palliative care for cancer inpatients based on their specific clinical contexts and hospital conditions.
