目的 系统整合晚期癌症患者家属参与安宁疗护的决策体验。方法 计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、CINAHL、Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方、维普等数据库中晚期癌症患者家属参与安宁疗护决策体验的相关质性研究，检索时限为建库至2024年6月。采用汇集性整合法进行Meta整合。结果 共纳入12篇文献，提炼出32个研究结果，归纳为10个类别，汇集为3个整合结果：决策过程艰难，伴有多重心理体验；作出决策的动机；影响决策的因素。结论 晚期癌症患者家属在安宁疗护决策过程中存在多重复杂的体验，医护人员应为家属提供多元化决策支持，帮助其进行最佳决策。

Objective To systematically integrate the experiences of family members of advanced cancer patients in palliative care decision-making.Methods Databases including PubMed,Web of Science,CINAHL,Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP were searched from the inception to June 2024 for qualitative studies related to family members of patients with advanced cancer participating in the palliative care decision-making experience.Meta-Synthesis was performed using the pooled integration method.Results A total of 12 papers were included. 32 findings were extracted and classified into 10 categories，and brought together into 3 integrated findings；difficult decision-making processes accompanied by multiple psychological experiences；motivations for making decisions；and factors influencing decision-making.Conclusions Family members have multiple and complex experience in palliative care decision-making.Healthcare professionals should offer diverse decision support to help them make optimal decisions.
