目的 制订?多元化照护银行建设标准的构建及应用专家共识?(以下简称?共识?),探索符合中国国情的时间银行养老照护模式.方法 成立?共识?构建小组,通过系统文献检索,结合多元化照护银行的实践经验及2轮专家小组会议共同讨论,形成?共识?初稿;通过2轮德尔菲专家咨询形成?共识?终稿.结果 ?共识?围绕照护银行的构成要素及管理措施展开,包括多元化照护人员、多样化照护内容和多元化储存兑换机制以及招募、培训、照护、储兑、保障、信息管理等.结论 ?共识?综合了国内外相关文献报道和实践经验,具有科学性和实用性,可为照护银行的构建、管理和应用提供有效指导.

Objective To formulate the Expert Consensus on the Standards of Construction and Application of Diversified Care Bank (hereinafter referred to as the Consensus),and to explore a time-banking model of elderly care that meets China's national conditions.Methods A Consensus Building Group was set up to form the first draft of the Consensus through systematic literature search,combined with the practical experience of the Diversified Care Bank and 2 rounds of joint discussion at the expert group meeting; the final draft of the Consensus was formed through 2 rounds of Delphi expert consultation.Results The Consensus focused on the components and management measures of a care bank,including diversified caregivers,diversified care contents and diversified storage and exchange mechanisms,as well as recruitment,training,care,storage and exchange,protection and information management.Conclusions The Consensus synthesizes relevant literature reports and practical experiences at home and abroad. It is scientific and practical in nature, and can provide effective guidance for the construction,management and application of care banks.
