目的明确我国护理硕士专业学位研究生教育领域存在的问题，通过界定关键问题为教学改革提供思路。 方法系统收集我国护理硕士专业学位研究生教育领域的165篇文献，建立问题评阅库；依据“卫生系统宏观模型”将问题归纳总结，通过计算严重性、重要性及优先解决指数确定该领域的关键问题。 结果共形成26类问题。其中，临床带教老师能力不足，多照搬本科带教方法；缺乏全国统一的培养方案，培养目标不够细化；临床实践要求不明确，缺乏统一的临床实践考核标准；护理硕士专业学位研究生核心能力不足，批判性思维、科研创新能力及临床决策能力较为薄弱，是该领域的关键问题。 结论我国护理硕士专业学位研究生教育领域现存的关键问题，提示应从培养方案、教学管理及人力资源上着手改进，以提高护理硕士专业学位研究生培养质量。

Objective To identify the problems in master’s degree in nursing of postgraduate education in China,and to provide ideas for pedagogical reform by defining the key issues.Methods A total of 165 papers on China’s master’s degree in nursing education were collected to establish a problem review database.The problem entries were summarized according to the macro model of the health system,and the key problems in the field were identified by calculating the severity,importance,and priority indices.Results A total of 26 categories of problems were formed,with the key problems summarized as “insufficient ability of clinical instructors,i.e.often copying undergraduate teaching methods”,“lack of a unified national training program without detailed training objectives”,“unclear requirements for clinical practice with no unified clinical practice assessment standard”,and “lack of core competence in nursing masters,with weak ability in critical thinking,research and innovation,and clinical decision-making.Conclusions The key problems of master’s degree in nursing requires optimization of the training program,teaching management and human resources,in order to improve the quality of nursing masters.
