目的 利用Citespace软件对脊髓性肌萎缩症（spinal muscular atrophy,SMA）患儿症状管理领域相关研究进行可视化分析，了解其研究现状、热点和趋势，为未来SMA患儿的护理提供新思路。 方法 检索Web of Science 数据库核心合集中2009—2023年收录的SMA患儿症状管理的相关文献，使用Citespace 6.3.R1软件对该研究领域的发文量、关键词等进行可视化分析。 结果 共纳入495篇文献，当前研究热点为SMA患儿的自然病程记录、运动功能管理、呼吸功能监测以及诺西那生钠治疗。 结论 未来SMA患儿症状管理的研究应重视多学科合作，制订精准症状管理指南，指导SMA患儿全病程管理。

Objective To use CiteSpace to visualize and analyze relevant research in the field of symptom management for children with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA),to understand the status quo,hotspots,and trends of the research,and to provide new ideas for the future care of children with SMA.Methods Relevant studies were retrieved on symptom management of children with SMA in the core collection of Web of Science database from 2009 to 2023,with CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software used to visually analyze the publication volume,authors,countries,keywords,etc.Results A total of 495 articles were included.The current research hotspots are natural disease course record,management of motor function,respiratory function monitoring in SMA children,as well as the treatment with Nusinersen sodium.Conclusions The future research on symptom management in children with SMA should lay emphasize on interdisciplinary cooperation as well as scientific management of clinical symptoms so that management of the full medical course of SMA children can be covered.
