目的 了解网约护士应对突发事件的真实体验，凝练突发事件应对能力要素，为网约护士的选拔、考核和培训提供参考。 方法 2023年3-7月，采用目的抽样法选取江西、湖南和河南省7所三级甲等医院的网约护士和相关护理管理者为研究对象，对其进行半结构式深度访谈，运用Colaizzi 7步分析法对资料进行分析整理。 结果 共归纳出网约护士应对突发事件应具有：知识与技能、应急处置能力、应急管理能力和综合素养等能力。 结论 网约护士需具备多方面能力以应对突发事件的发生，应重视加强应急能力培养，以促进互联网+护理服务的健康发展。

Objective To understand the experiences of online nurses oppointment in responding to emergencies and summarize corresponding emergency response ability,and to provide reference for the selection,assessment and training of online nurses oppointment.Methods From March to July 2023,a combined purposive combined with snowball sampling method was utilized to select 7 online nurses oppointment and 4 nursing managers from 7 tertiary A hospitals in Jiangxi,Hunan,and Henan Provinces for semi-structured and in-depth interviews,and the data were analyzed and sorted by the 7-step method of Colaizzi phenomenological approach.Results A total of 4 major types of capabilities were summarized:knowledge and skills,emergency response competence,emergency management competence,and general literacy.Conclusions Online nurses oppointment need to have multiple competencies to cope with emergencies,and strengthen their coping skills to promote the healthy and long-term development of Internet plus nursing services.
