目的 探讨叙事护理产生价值的底层逻辑,以帮助护理人员正确认知叙事护理学.方法 从叙事护理在中西方发展的现状出发,以中国叙事医学逻辑体系为参照,运用文献综述与理论构建方法,剖析叙事护理学的底层逻辑,解析叙事护理和叙事疗法的根本区别.结果 叙事护理是一种与循证护理互补的护理研究、护理管理与临床护理实践思维;而叙事疗法则是心理学下面的一种实践路径,是解决心理问题的一种方法.结论 叙事护理学是一门运用叙事思维回应和化解护理语境下不同主体遭遇的叙事危机,如民众因生命健康叙事素养缺失而导致的健康危机、护理人员因职业叙事自我不够强大而出现职业倦怠问题、患者因叙事闭锁而陷入的慢性疾病状态,实现高质量护理的一门新兴学科.

Objective To explore the underlying logic of the creation of value in narrative nursing,so as to help nursing staff correctly understand the field. Methods Based on the status quo of narrative nursing at home and abroad,with reference to the logical system of Chinese narrative medicine,the underlying logic of narrative nursing was analyzed and the fundamental difference between narrative nursing and narrative therapy was elaborated by literature review and theoretical construction methods.Results Narrative nursing is a kind of nursing research,nursing management and clinical nursing practice thinking that complements evidence-based nursing.Narrative therapy is a practical path under psychology and a method to solve psychological problems.Conclusions Narrative nursing is an emerging discipline that uses narrative thinking to respond to and resolve narrative crises encountered by different subjects in the nursing context,such as the health crisis caused by the lack of bio-health narrative competence of the patients and ordinary people,the burnout of nursing staff due to the lack of strong ego in professional narration,and the patients who become troubled by chronic diseases due to narrative closure,so as to achieve high-quality nursing.
