目的 分析并阐明癌症患者社会再融合的概念内涵。方法 检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献服务系统、PubMed、Web of Science、Ovid Embase、CINAHL数据库中癌症患者社会再融合的相关文献，应用Walker经典概念分析法对社会再融合的概念进行分析。结果 共纳入36篇文献，癌症患者社会再融合具有4个定义属性：重组个人能力、持续开展生产活动、规律参与社会活动、重建癌症后身份，前置因素为人口学因素、疾病和治疗因素、心理因素及社会因素，成功社会再融合的结果为促进身体健康、减少负性心理、提高生活质量，社会再融合失败可能使患者走向社会疏离。结论 癌症患者社会再融合是癌症患者康复的重要表现，护理人员应结合癌症患者社会再融合的概念内涵，制订相应的干预策略，以促进患者社会再融合的水平。

Objective To analyze and clarify the concept of the social reintegration with cancer survivors.Methods Related literature on social reintegration of cancer survivors were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,China Biomedical Literature Service System,PubMed,Web of Science,Ovid Embase,CINAHL.Walker and Avant’s method was used to analyze the concept of social reintegration.Results A total of 36 pieces of literature were included,identifying four attributes to the concept:reorganizing individual capabilities,engaging in productive activities continuously,participating in social activities regularly,and rebuilding post-cancer identity.Antecedents included demographic factors,disease and treatment factors,psychological factors,and social factors,and the consequence of successful social reintegration is to promote physical health,reduce negative psychology,and improve quality of life.Failure of social reintegration may lead survivors towards social isolation.Conclusions Social reintegration of cancer survivors is an important manifestation of cancer rehabilitation.Nursing staff should formulate relevant intervention strategies to promote social reintegration in cancer survivors.
