目的 系统分析感恩干预在癌症患者中应用的相关研究，探究感恩干预的基本内容、结局指标及效果，为相关研究提供理论依据。方法 根据范围综述研究方法，计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、CINAHL、Embase、the Cochrane Library、万方、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库等多个国内外数据库中癌症患者感恩干预相关研究，筛选检索时限为建库至2024年5月。提取文献中的具体信息，主要包括发表时间、干预方法、干预时长、结局指标等。结果 最终纳入21篇文献。感恩干预类型主要包括感恩叙事和感恩互动两大类，其对癌症患者的感恩水平、心理状态、生命质量、生理健康状况和治疗依从性具有积极影响。结论 感恩干预具有整体性、综合性和有效性。未来研究应注重探索最佳的感恩干预方案、制订统一规范的评价体系，依据患者病情和心理状况，提出科学规范的干预方案。

Objective To systematically analyze the relevant studies on the application of gratitude intervention in cancer patients,to explore the basic content,outcome indicators and effects of gratitude intervention,and to provide theoretical basis for related studies.Methods By the scope review method,the research on gratitude intervention cancer patients in PubMed,Web of Science,CINAHL,Embase,the Cochrane Library,Wanfang,CNKI,China Biomedical Literature Database and other domestic and foreign databases were searched by computer.The period was from inceptions to May 2024.Specific information was extracted from the literature,including publication time,intervention methods,intervention duration,outcome indicators,etc.Results A total of 21 studies were included.Gratitude intervention types mainly include gratitude narration and gratitude interaction,which have positive effects on gratitude level,psychological state,quality of life,physical health status and treatment compliance of cancer patients.Conclusions Gratitude intervention has integrity,comprehensiveness and effectiveness.Future studies should focus on exploring the best gratitude intervention program,formulating an unified and standardized evaluation system,and proposing scientific and standardized intervention programs according to patients’ illness and psychological status.
