目的 探讨心血管内科病房低年资护士晚夜班经历猝死事件的成长体验，以期为制订相关支持策略提供依据。方法 运用质性研究中的现象学研究方法，以目的抽样法选取2024年1-4月南京3所三级甲等综合性医院经历过心源性猝死事件的低年资护士12名为研究对象，对其进行半结构式深度访谈，并采用Colaizzi 7步分析法进行资料分析。 结果 共提炼出事件冲击与复盘反思、心理调适与应对策略、职业成长与专业能力强化、认知转变与生涯规划重塑等4个主题。结论 医疗机构及护理管理者应重视心血管内科低年资护士晚夜间经历心源性猝死事件的成长体验，并给予支持性干预与指导。

Objective To explore the growth experience of junior nurses in Cardiology Department who encountered sudden cardiac death(SCD) events during night shifts，aiming to provide a reference for future support strategies.Methods Using the phenomenological research method in the qualitative study，12 junior nurses who experienced SCD in 3 tertiary A general hospitals in Nanjing from January to April 2024 were selected by the objective sampling method.Semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted，and the data were analyzed by Colaizzi 7-step analysis method.Results Four key themes were identified namely，event impact and reflective review，psychological adjustment and coping strategies，professional growth and skill enhancement，and cognitive transformation and career planning reshaping.Conclusions Medical institutions and nursing managers should recognize the growth experience of junior nurses in Cardiology Department who encountered SCD events during night shifts and provide supportive interventions and guidance.
