[摘要]
目的 分析并阐明护士工作场所语言暴力的概念内涵,为开发相应的测评工具、开展干预研究提供参考。方法 系统检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、CINAHL、Embase、Web of Science和PsycINFO 数据库中护士工作场所语言暴力的相关研究,检索时限为建库至2023年8月。应用Walker和Avant概念分析法对纳入文献进行分析。结果 护士工作场所语言暴力包括工作关系、言语性、伤害性等3个概念属性;前因包括施暴者因素、工作环境因素、政策及医院管理因素;后果包括影响护士的身心健康、影响护理质量及患者安全、影响护理队伍的稳定性。结论 通过概念分析明确了护士工作场所语言暴力的概念属性,未来研究可结合护士工作场所语言暴力的概念内涵,对其进行多层次、多角度的研究。

[Abstract]
Objective To explore the concept and connotation of workplace verbal violence among nurses,and to provide reference for the development of corresponding assessment tools and intervention research.Methods CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM,PubMed,CINAHL,Embase,Web of Science and PsycINFO were systematically searched,and the search time was from the inceptions to August 2023.The Walker and Avant’s concept analysis method was used to analyze the included studies. Results The verbal violence in nurses’ workplace includes 3 attributes, namely working relationship,verbal attribute and damage attribute. The causes included abuser factor,working environment factor,policy and hospital management factor.Consequences included affecting the physical and mental health of nurses, affecting the quality of nursing and patient safety,and affecting the stability of nursing team.Conclusions The conceptual attributes of workplace verbal violence among nurses was clarified through conceptual analysis.Future studies can combine the conceptual connotation of workplace verbal violence among nurses and conduct studies from multiple levels and perspectives.
