居家输液治疗在国外已广泛应用，其在国内的需求日益凸显。本文对美国输液护理学会2024版《输液治疗实践标准》之新增标准“居家输液治疗”进行解读，包括居家输液治疗的适用人群、药物适应证、血管通路和给药方法的选择、居家输液相关风险的预防和管理、健康教育、跨专业沟通与合作，为我国居家输液治疗的开展提供参考。

Home infusion therapy（HIT） has been widely applied abroad，and the demand in China is increasingly prominent.The newly added standard HIT in Infusion Therapy Standards of Practice [JP3]2024 released by the Infusion Nurses Society of America is interpreted，including the applicable population for HIT，indications for medications，selection of vascular access and administration methods，prevention and [JP3]management of risks related to HIT，health education，and interdisciplinary communication and collaboration.The interpretation aims to provide a reference for the implementation of HIT in China.
