[摘要]
目的 系统评价护士从事互联网+护理服务工作体验的质性研究,为其人力资源管理和健康发展提供参考。方法 计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、CINAHL、Embase、知网、万方、维普和SinoMed中与“互联网+”护士工作体验相关的质性研究,检索时限为建库至2023年5月,采用2016版JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究评价标准,采用汇集性整合方法分析归纳结果。结果 共纳入18篇文献,提炼113个主题,归纳9个类别,形成3个整合结果:不安全感、角色冲突和缺少支持。结论 管理者需要从健全规章制度、确立风险机制、完善配套设施、成立专业团队、构建培训体系、建立激励机制等多方面着手,不断推进互联网+护理服务的有序发展。

[Abstract]
Objective To systematically review a qualitative study of working experience of Internet plus and nursing services and to provide reference for its human resource management and development.Methods Databases including PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,CINAHL,Embase,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and SinoMed were searched from the inception to May 2023 to search qualitative studies on nurses’ experience in Internet Plus.JBI Critical Appraisal Tool for qualitative studies(2016 edition)was used to evaluate the quality of studies and meta-synthesis was applied to integrate the results.Results A total of 18 literatures were included,113 topics extracted,9 categories summarized,and finally 3 integration results were formed:insecurity,role conflict,and lack of support.Conclusions Relevant administrators should perfect regulations,establish risk mechanisms,improve supporting facilities,establish professional teams,build training systems,and establish incentive mechanisms in order to continuously promote the development of Internet plus nursing services.
