目的 分析国内外精准护理（precision nursing,PN）的研究现状、热点和趋势。方法 以中国知网、万方、Web of Science核心数据库为数据源，使用CiteSpace对PN相关研究的发表时间、分布、关键词等进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入中文文献454篇、英文文献1301篇。PN发文量呈逐年上升趋势，美国为贡献最大国家，英国、中国位列其后，国内外合作均不密切。目前，PN研究热点为基于基因组学和生物信息学的症状科学、健康管理、临床护理决策与创新。结论 未来PN研究应注重学科间合作交流，基于多组学、大数据、人工智能实现精准护理常规实践，指导全生命周期健康管理；同时，加强理论实践培养，关注伦理政策问题，全面推动我国PN发展。

Objective To analyze the current status,research hotspots and trends of the precision nursing (PN).Methods Wanfang，CNKI and Web of Science core collection database were searched for literatures related to PN.CiteSpace was used for visual analysis,covering publication time,countries,distribution,and keywords.Results A total of 454 Chinese articles and 1301 English articles were included.The number of PN publications is on the rise year by year，with the US as the largest contributor,followed by the UK and China,with limited cooperation both at home and abroad.Hotspots included symptom science,health management，clinical nursing decision-making，and innovation based on genomics and bioinformatics.Conclusions Future research should focus on interdisciplinary cooperation,and implement the PN routine practice based on multi-omics,big data and artificial intelligence,guiding lifecycle health management.Meanwhile,Training in PN theory/practice，and addressing ethical/policy issues are crucial for the development of PN in China.
