目前护理学科在研究设计中常选用的方法有限，存在一定局限。中断时间序列的设计可避免干预介入前研究随时间变化的趋势影响，使干预效果的评价更具科学性，但在护理领域尚未推广应用。本文旨在阐述中断时间序列的设计方法及在护理研究中的应用，有助于为促进护理实践的转化提供新的方法学依据。

Objective At present,the methods commonly used in nursing research design are limited,and there are certain limitations.The design of interrupt time series(ITS) can avoid the influence of the study before intervention and get more scientific evaluation results of intervention.However,it has not been widely applied in the field of nursing.This paper aims to explain the design method of ITS and its application in nursing research,and to provide a new methodological basis for promoting the transformation of nursing practice.
