目的 形成《肾动脉狭窄腔内治疗护理规范专家共识》（以下简称《共识》），规范肾动脉狭窄患者腔内治疗的护理。方法 以循证证据为基础，结合临床实践经验，形成共识初稿。邀请48名血管外科及相关领域医护专家，对初稿进行修改及完善，形成共识终稿。结果 本共识包括肾动脉狭窄术前专科护理评估、危险因素干预、术前准备、术后并发症的预防及护理、出院前健康教育等。结论 本《共识》具有一定的科学性及实用性，可为肾动脉狭窄腔内治疗规范化护理提供实践依据。

To form the Expert Consensus on Nursing Norms for Endovascular Treatment of Renal Artery Stenosis (hereinafter referred to as the Consensus),and to standardize the nursing care for endovascular treatment of patients with renal artery stenosis.Methods The first draft of consensus was formed based on evidence-based evidence and clinical practice experience. A total of 48 medical and nursing experts in vascular surgery and related fields were invited to revise and improve the first draft to form a final consensus.Results This consensus includes preoperative specialist nursing assessment,risk factor intervention,preoperative preparation,prevention and nursing of postoperative complications,and health education before discharge.Conclusions The Consensus is scientific and practical,which can provide a practical basis for standardized nursing of patients with renal artery stenosis treated by the endovascular therapy.
