目的 汉化修订版智慧型幸福量表(mature happiness scale-revised，MHS-R)，并在护理本科生中应用以检验其信效度。方法 通过正译、回译、文化调试和预调查对原量表进行汉化，形成中文版MHS-R。2023年11-12月选取302例护理本科生进行调查，并用SPSS 21.0及SPSSAU软件进行信效度检验。结果 中文版MHS-R为单维度量表，共7个条目，各条目因子载荷为0.735~0.813，累计方差贡献率为61.12%。该量表的平均方差抽取量为0.547，组合信度为0.894。量表水平内容效度指数为0.984，条目水平内容效度指数为0.889~1.000。总量表的Cronbach’s α 系数为0.892，重测信度为0.861。结论 中文版MHS-R的信效度良好，可用于护理本科生智慧型幸福的评估。

Objective To translate the Mature Happiness Scale-Revised and test its reliability and validity.Methods The Chinese version of the Mature Happiness Scale-Revised was developed through forward and back translation,cultural adjustment，and pre-survey.A survey was conducted on 302 undergraduate nursing students from November to December in 2023 and tested for its reliability and validity using SPSS 21.0 and SPSSAU software.Results The Chinese version of MHS-R had 7 items,and the factor loading of each item was 0.735~0.813,and the cumulative variance contribution rate 61.12%.The average variance extracted from the scale was 0.547,and the composite reliability 0.894.The scale-level average content validity index (S-CVI) was 0.984,and the item-level content validity index (I-CVI) ranged from 0.889 to 1.000.The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of the overall scale was 0.892,and the test-retest reliability was 0.861.Conclusions The Chinese version of MHS-R has good reliability and validity and is suitable for the evaluation of the mature happiness level of undergraduate nursing students.
